85 Athletes from 18 Nations Gather in Puteaux

On August 23, 2025, 85 athletes representing 18 nations will meet in Puteaux for the third round of the UCI Artistic Cycling World Cup. Organized by CSM Puteaux Cycling, this prestigious international event will turn the city into the global capital of artistic cycling for one exceptional day.

Countries represented include Germany (GER), Switzerland (SUI), Austria (AUT), Hungary (HUN), Hong Kong (HKG), Peru (PER), Belgium (BEL), France (FRA), Czech Republic (CZE), Bulgaria (BUL), Great Britain (GBR), Greece (GRE), Macau (MAC), Mexico (MEX), Slovakia (SVK), Spain (ESP), Italy (ITA), and Afghanistan (AFG).

A Spectacular Sport to Discover

Still little known to the general public, artistic cycling is an impressive sport combining acrobatic skills, artistic expression, and millimeter-perfect precision – all performed on a specially designed bicycle.

Behind the grace and fluidity of the movements lies an extreme level of discipline: the smallest mistake can compromise an entire routine.

A Strategic Stage on the Road to the Final

The UCI Artistic Cycling World Cup takes place annually across several continents, allowing the best athletes to compete and collect points for the overall standings.

The Puteaux round, ideally placed in the 2025 calendar, is especially crucial as it precedes the World Cup Final in November in Germany.

This event is coordinated with Indoor Cycling World Wide (ICWW), a non-profit organization working closely with the UCI to develop artistic cycling and cycle-ball worldwide.

Through training, international competitions, and support for emerging nations, ICWW plays a key role in growing the reach and visibility of this unique sport.
